Morgan! began singing at the age of six and had her first starring role in her schools Zigfield Follies at the age of eight. She studied music privately in high school and at Texas Tech University, appearing in many chorale group performances and original off-campus musicals. During high school and college she toured with singing groups - the obligatory Peter, Paul, and Mary clone, Chickie and the Roosters - and a college group, The Las Sonrisas Singers. Their beat was mostly Texas and she claims to have met every tumbleweed up close and personal while driving hundreds of miles on the great plains. Over the next twenty five years Morgan! built a career in international organizational consulting and has run her own company for over 20 years working with Fortune 100 companies around the world. The author of two books on international business and business ethics, Morgan! earned a Ph.D. in organizational development and thus the origins of the moniker, bestowed by her friends and colleagues, of Ph.Diva! Morgan has performed in New York City at Don't Tell Mama, in the venerable historic Three Bears Inn in Westport, CT, in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA, as well as Bangkok, Thailand. In 2008 Morgan was a member of a cabaret fundraising troop which raised money for Barback Obama with their original show, "There Is Nothing Like a Dem." She was also a member of the select casts for the Downtown Cabaret Theater fundraiser gala in Fairfield County, CT, the benefit for Hurricane Katrina victims, and several political fundraiser performances during the 2004 campaign season. In addition to public performances, Morgan also performs at private parties and corporate events. Morgan's current cabaret projects include her new show which is in development, "Roaming With a Hungry Heart," scheduled for Fall 2009.
